YEORU를 사용하면 아래 조건에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 사용하지 마세요.
1. 서비스 성격
YEORU는 무료 개인 포트폴리오 기록·분석 도구입니다. 현재 유료 구독이나 Pro 플랜을 판매하지 않습니다. 후원은 전적으로 자발적이며 후원 여부에 따라 기능, 시세, 계산 또는 분석 결과가 달라지지 않습니다.
2. 투자·세무·법률 서비스가 아님
YEORU와 자동화된 계산·분석 결과는 일반적인 정보 제공 목적이며 투자자문, 증권중개, 세무 또는 법률 자문이 아닙니다. YEORU는 사용자의 수탁자 또는 금융전문가로 행동하지 않습니다.
3. 시세 및 계산
시장 데이터는 제3자 소스에서 제공될 수 있고 지연, 누락, 오류 또는 중단이 발생할 수 있습니다. 원가, 수익률, TWR, 환율, 수수료와 세금 관련 계산은 사용자가 입력한 데이터와 설정을 바탕으로 한 추정치일 수 있습니다. 실제 거래 또는 신고 전에는 증권사·거래소·세무전문가 등 공식 출처를 확인해야 합니다.
4. 계정과 데이터
사용자는 자신의 로그인 정보와 기기 보안을 관리할 책임이 있습니다. 본인이 입력할 권한이 없는 데이터나 다른 사람의 민감한 정보를 업로드하지 마세요.
5. 허용되지 않는 사용
- 서비스, API 또는 인증을 우회하거나 비정상적으로 자동 호출하는 행위
- 보안 취약점을 악용하거나 다른 사용자의 계정·데이터에 접근하려는 행위
- 법률 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 용도로 사용하는 행위
- YEORU 또는 제3자 데이터 공급자의 콘텐츠를 허가 없이 재판매·재배포하는 행위
6. 제3자 서비스
YEORU는 호스팅, 인증, 시장 데이터 및 후원 결제 등 제3자 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 해당 서비스의 중단이나 정책 변경으로 일부 기능이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다.
7. 지식재산권
YEORU의 자체 코드, 디자인, 로고 및 문구에 대한 권리는 해당 권리자에게 있으며, 제3자 데이터와 상표는 각 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
8. 보증 부인 및 책임 제한
서비스는 가능한 범위에서 '있는 그대로' 제공됩니다. YEORU는 시세, 계산, 데이터, 가용성 또는 특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 서비스 사용이나 의존으로 인한 투자손실·기회손실·데이터 손실 등 간접적 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
9. 서비스 변경
보안, 유지보수, 법적 요구사항, 데이터 공급자 정책 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 기능을 수정·제한·중단할 수 있습니다.
10. 준거법
적용법이 달리 요구하지 않는 한 이 약관은 미국 Illinois 주법에 따라 해석됩니다.

By using YEORU, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service
YEORU is a free personal portfolio tracking and analysis tool. It does not currently sell a paid subscription or Pro plan. Support payments are entirely voluntary and do not change features, quotes, calculations or analysis results.
2. Not professional advice
YEORU and its automated calculations or analysis are for general informational purposes. They are not investment, brokerage, tax or legal advice, and YEORU does not act as your fiduciary or financial professional.
3. Market data and calculations
Market data may come from third-party sources and can be delayed, missing, inaccurate or unavailable. Cost basis, return, TWR, FX, fee and tax calculations may be estimates based on your inputs and settings. Verify official broker, exchange and tax sources before trading or filing.
4. Accounts and data
You are responsible for your credentials and device security. Do not upload data you are not authorized to use or sensitive information belonging to others.
5. Prohibited use
- Bypassing service, API or authentication controls or abusive automated access
- Exploiting security issues or attempting to access another user's account or data
- Using YEORU for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party rights
- Reselling or redistributing YEORU or third-party market data without permission
6. Third-party services
YEORU may rely on third parties for hosting, authentication, market data and support payments. Features may change or become unavailable if those providers change or stop their services.
7. Intellectual property
YEORU's original code, design, logo and text remain with their respective owner. Third-party data and trademarks remain with their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. YEORU does not warrant quote accuracy, calculations, data availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YEORU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including investment, opportunity or data losses arising from reliance on the service.
9. Changes
Features may be modified, limited or discontinued for security, maintenance, legal, provider-policy or operational reasons.
10. Governing law
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States.
